It's hot today. So hot, in fact, is the way Susann treats the old VW Beetle this morning. She's pumping the accelerator hard and fast because the engine won't start right away. Or perhaps precisely BECAUSE she's pumping it so aggressively? Did Susann flood the engine right from the start? She's smoking a cigarette. She seems relaxed, but she continues pumping the accelerator with gusto. After five minutes, she manages to start the old car. The view is from the passenger side. Susann gives short, hard revving bursts for a few moments before the engine stalls. After restarting, she revs the engine loudly.
