It's a hot day today. Irina wants to have fun with the '90 Seat Marbella in slingback sandals. At the start of the clip, she switches from sneakers to these slingback sandals. Before the first attempt to start the car, she puts a big piece of gum in her mouth. When she turns the ignition key, she only hears that typical soft sound of the starter because the battery is dead. She turns the key several times just to hear this sound. Meanwhile, Irina presses the gas pedal slowly several times. You can see this from three angles one after another (driver side, rear, and pedal view). From minute 5:15 of the clip, the nice starting attempts really begin. Someone has connected a fully charged battery for a jump start. After about half a minute, it seems like the engine wants to start. You can hear sound signs of its struggle. Irina chews her gum relaxedly and even blows a bubble from time to time. She handles the gas pedal with feeling.

She even manages to keep the engine ticking after the starting attempts, but it still stalls again. At minute 7:15, the engine revs up disgustingly. It still sputters a bit because the carburetor has to clear itself, but Irina gives the cute car gentle revvings. She obviously enjoys it. She strokes her left leg, her foot resting on the A-pillar. She chews her gum, makes her bubbles while doing so, and has nice feelings coming up in her. Seen again from the same angles as before, when the battery was dead, this scenario is shown, one after another. Afterwards, there are scenes where Irina, for example, ties her right slingback sandal around her calf while keeping the gas pedal fully pressed. This pedal view continues with unsuccessful starting attempts. During these starting attempts, Irina takes off her slingback sandals and now operates the gas pedal barefoot.

A man from the neighborhood gives Irina a tip for a brief moment (just a few seconds of audio) on how she might successfully start the engine. She keeps trying. In the meantime, it’s noticeably getting cooler. From minute 24:15 of the clip, Irina is wearing a leather jacket and shows creative ways to start the engine. Sometimes swinging out toward the driver’s door with both legs, sometimes from outside, so that only her upper body reaches inside for the ignition key, a passenger-side view where you can see Irina’s back as she keeps trying to start it, and even how she puts on her slingback sandals WHILE continuing to try to start the engine.
